Our design engineers have a wide knowledge of the sector and the design considerations that determine the design approval process for rail projects and are supported by a team of specialist resources across many capability areas:
- Fully conversant with all appropriate railway and underground standards and understand the GRIP and RIBA stages, Form A & B and QUENSH
- Many of our design engineers are recognised as Contractor’s Responsible Engineers (CREs)
- Supported by a dedicated team of in-house CAD operators operating industry standard applications featuring Bentley Microstation.
- A team of planning engineers who use the very latest Primavera application platform ensuring that our work is delivered on time
- A vastly experienced, qualified SHEQ department who manage our compliancy, management systems and railway operations
- Our procurement department have direct access to the Link-Up database to ensure that our suppliers and subcontractors continue to remain fully compliant whilst offering the best value products and services
- We operate a bespoke competency management system that records vocational, construction and railway training and certification, to ensure that all our teams hold the correct, current accreditation for their roles
